Christmas in Colorado

The girls were enamored with baby Charlotte.

Lots of snow - and learning my lesson to always bring snow clothes!

Even though our family was sick for the week we enjoyed being with family.

Christmas Day

The kids have such great gift ideas.  Their favorites are the ones they think of and give to each other.
Pink cupcakes with pink frosting!

Traditions

The Nativity
My favorite was the self-chosen costumes for the sheep and shepherd.

Happy Birthday Deacon!

We spent Deacon's birthday driving to Colorado, but Grammy and Grandpa had cupcakes waiting so we could celebrate.  Can't believe it's been two years.

Deacon loved his present and had Grammy read him several of the stories.

So fun to be at Temple Square this time of year!  It was great to meet up with Daniel and Allison and have Emi come with us too.

Weekend Adventures

Grampa came out for the weekend to bring Katelyn back to BYU.  He took us riding, and we all had a blast.  Camryn was especially excited to ride.

Labor Day

We enjoyed a hike and bike ride to Bridal Veil Falls.

Feeding and touching the fish at the bottom of the falls.

I Love to See the Temple - Provo

When we moved to Utah, Camryn asked if we could go see all of the temples in Utah.  I am grateful she has such a love for the temple.  Mondays are our temple days, and last week the Provo Temple was our first temple visit of many more to come.
